Return & Refund Policy

At Exosthetics, every formula is engineered to support your recovery journey. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed.

Eligibility

Because our serums are topical cosmetic products, hygiene and product integrity are paramount. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all safety seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • Purchased directly from myexosthetics.com — items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original retailer

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered-with products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions
  • Gift cards
  • Free promotional or bundled gift items (these must be returned alongside the paid items if a full order is refunded)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@myexosthetics.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable service — we recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, no longer wanted): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Exosthetics covers return shipping in full. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven't seen the credit, please contact us at info@myexosthetics.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@myexosthetics.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and outer packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including all shipping costs — at no charge to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship the correct item and arrange return of the wrong one at our expense.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To switch to a different product, please return the original item for a refund (per the policy above) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, please follow the standard return process upon delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary before a refund posts.
  4. If you've completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@myexosthetics.com.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are shopping from a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales), those rights apply in addition to the terms above.
