Shipping Policy

We ship from regional warehouses in the United States and Europe. Orders are dispatched from whichever facility can reach you fastest.

Free shipping to the United States

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum spend. Canada is a flat $5.95. The UK and EU are a flat $7.95.

How long it takes

Delivery time has two parts: the time we take to pack your order, and the time the carrier takes to deliver it.

  • Packing: up to 2 working days
  • United States: 2-5 working days in transit — so 4-7 working days in total
  • United Kingdom: 4-7 working days in transit — 6-9 working days in total
  • Germany, Netherlands, France and most of the EU: 4-6 working days in transit — 6-8 working days in total

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are packed from the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched. If the tracking email has not arrived within three working days, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Holiday ordering

For delivery before 25 December within the United States, we recommend ordering by 15 December. Carrier networks are busiest in the final two weeks of December and transit times can run longer than usual. Orders placed after that date will still be dispatched promptly, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

If something goes wrong

Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. They are not guaranteed, and we cannot control carrier delays, customs processing or weather.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch to the United States, or 15 working days elsewhere, contact us and we will trace it. If it is confirmed lost, we will replace it at no cost to you.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second shipping charge may apply.

Addresses and customs

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched.

Orders within the United States carry no additional duties. For orders outside the United States, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not suit your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it.
